Summary
Lead Support Worker - Stanwell (TW19)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: Mixture of 07:00-14:30 and 14:30-22:00, including alternate weekends
Pay: £14.11 per hour

About the roleYou'll support five people with a range of interests - from cooking and games to zoo trips and theme park adventures. No two days look the same, but every day makes a difference.
Your role will include:
- Leading and motivating a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support
- Coordinating daily routines, delegating tasks and maintaining clear, organised rotas
- Supporting with health appointments, weekly shopping and leisure activities
- Creating a warm and welcoming home environment
- Using flexible communication styles to build strong, trusting relationships
- Acting as a role model for best practice, integrity and inclusion
Shifts are a mix of early (07:00-14:30) and late (14:30-22:00) with alternate weekends, giving you structure while supporting work-life balance.

- Previous experience in support work
