You will help create an inclusive environment where residents feel respected, supported and able to stay safe and empowered throughout the night.The RoleSupport vulnerable adults overnight, ensuring safety and wellbeingProvide personal care when required, always upholding dignityOffer emotional support and respond to any crisesAdminister medication and complete light household tasksMaintain accurate records and ensure the property remains secureCommunicate clearly and adapt to individual needsAbout YouYou are caring, reliable and able to work both independently and collaboratively. You bring strong communication skills, a person-centred approach and a commitment to inclusion and safeguarding.
