PE Cover Supervisor – Secondary Schools

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable PE Cover Supervisor to work across a range of secondary schools in Hall Green, Kings Heath, and nearby areas.

This is a flexible role, ideal for candidates looking for day-to-day and short-term cover, with opportunities to work in different school environments.

The Role

As a PE Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Deliver pre-planned PE lessons in the absence of the class teacher

  
  

• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe, positive learning environment

  
  

• Supervise students during practical PE activities, both indoors and outdoors

  
  

• Adapt confidently to different school settings and timetables

  
  Requirements

  To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Have previous experience leading PE lessons in a school setting

    
    

  • Have at least 6 month's experience working in a secondary school

    
    

  • Be confident managing groups of secondary-aged students

    
    

  • Hold strong communication and behaviour management skills

    
    

  • Be flexible, punctual, and professional
