Summary
We are seeking a reliable, enthusiastic, and confident Deputy Kids Club manager to join our team at Gorsey Bank Primary School. The post holder will support the Kids Club Manager in the day-to-day running of the breakfast and after-school clubs, helping to ensure high-quality provision for all children. This includes supporting staff ratios, rotas, and cover, building positive relationships with staff, parents, and carers, and creating a safe, stimulating environment that promotes play and exploration. The role also involves observing and responding to children’s needs, maintaining equipment and records, and supporting mealtimes to encourage children’s independence.If you would like to join our Laurus family in a rewarding role that changes the lives of our pupils by empowering them to become the best that they can be then we would love to hear from you. This position is contracted on a 22.5 hours per week Term Time Only basis. This means you will mainly work when the school is open to pupils and will not need to work during the school holidays unless the contract requires you to do so.Job Purpose To assist the Kids Club Manager in providing a high quality, play and child-centred setting.
