Summary
Location: London or Cardiff (Hybrid working)
Contract: Temporary, 4-6 months
Rate: £16.94 Hourly rate
We are supporting a large, well-established organisation in the search for a People & HR Administrator to join their HR function on a temporary basis. This role will provide essential administrative support across a range of employee relations activities.
Key Responsibilities:-
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee relations case records within the HR system

Monitor case progress and ensure key deadlines are met for investigations, hearings, and appeals

Schedule employee relations meetings, hearings, and appeal panels, coordinating availability across multiple stakeholders

Organise meeting logistics, including rooms, virtual meeting links, and documentation

Attend employee relations meetings (e.g. disciplinary, grievance, capability) and take clear, impartial notes

Prepare and circulate meeting notes in a timely and confidential manner

Draft standard correspondence using approved templates and ensure documents are kept up to date

Handle sensitive employee information in line with GDPR and data protection requirements

Support audits and quality checks of employee relations documentation

Assist with drafting contracts and terms and conditions letters

Provide general People & HR administrative support as required

Previous experience in an HR or Employee Relations administrative role

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines

Confident handling sensitive and confidential information

Excellent written communication and attention to detail

Comfortable working with HR systems and Microsoft Office

Able to work independently and as part of a wider HR team
