Summary
Police Staff Investigator needed in Gloucester Paying £19.24 per hr ref 373314
Full time hours on a temporary basis
- Conduct proportionate investigations into a range of crime types
- Obtain and record witness statements in accordance with legislation
- Prepare and manage investigation files for criminal justice processes
- Carry out suspect and witness interviews (following PIP1/PIP2 guidance)
- Gather, analyse and evaluate intelligence and evidence
- Conduct house-to-house enquiries and CCTV/tracking enquiries
- Liaise with victims, keeping them updated on investigation progress
- Support officers with case building, file management and disclosure
- Maintain accurate records on relevant police systems
