Job description:
NW Recruitment Services Ltd are recruiting for a General Labourer / Electrician’s Mate to support a construction project for a 2 to 3-month period starting 13th February 2026. This role involves assisting electricians and performing general labouring duties to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Key responsibilities:
• Assist electricians with cable pulling, installation support, and containment work
• Carry out general labouring duties, including moving materials, unloading deliveries, and keeping the site clean
• Prepare and maintain tools and equipment
• Follow instructions from supervisors and electricians
• Adhere to all Health & Safety standards, including wearing PPE and reporting hazards
Requirements:
• Valid CSCS card
• In-date DBS (or access to the DBS update service to refresh DBS)
• Previous experience in construction or electrical support preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions
