Summary
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week over 5 days
Shifts: Monday to Sunday rota, between 09:00 – 18:00
Location: Stockton-on-Tees Showroom, opening May 2026
We’re opening a brand-new Showroom in Stockton-on-Tees!
We’re looking for a team of Sales Advisors to be part of this exciting new step for CareCo.
Recruitment Day: Wednesday 25th February 2026

Potential start: Monday 6th April 2026

Our Sales Advisors are the face of our business. As a Sales Advisor, you will:
- Act as an ambassador for CareCo, providing the very best customer service at all times
- Build a relationship with our customers to determine their specific needs
- Identify opportunities for upselling while being mindful of our customer demographic
- Demonstrate how to use our products, including dismantling and lifting
About you
To be considered for the position of Sales Advisor, you will need:
- Exceptional customer service skills demonstrated through previous work experience
- Excellent listening and communication skills with the ability to adapt based on the individual
- An empathetic, caring and patient approach
- Computer/IT proficiency, with the ability to learn and master our computer order system
- The ability to learn and retain key information across a large range of products
Sales experience is not an essential requirement, but you should be comfortable and confident interacting with people to sell our products and meet Showroom targets.
