Summary

We are looking for a Prototype Motor Assembly Technician to join our production team, responsible for the manufacture of prototype and low-volume brushless motors.

Key Responsibilities
Assemble prototype and small-batch brushless motors
Hand and machine wind and lace stator assemblies
Bond high-power magnets to rotor assemblies
Perform post-assembly potting and impregnation
Follow detailed wiring diagrams and accurately record winding progress

Key Skills
Experience in motor winding, manual wiring, or related wiring and prototyping roles
Advanced soldering, wire termination, and crimping skills
Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail
Methodical, logical work approach
Ability to understand and follow technical diagrams
