Summary
Sales Administrator – Worksop – up to £30k
A permanent position for an organised and efficient sales administrator / service coordinator to effectively manage incoming enquiries and admin activities for a busy and expanding plant hire company.
As the sales administrator, your duties will include:
Acting as the first point of contact for sales, admin and operational enquiries and issues.
Processing enquiries for product hire, speaking with or transfer to the engineers, sending quotations and following up.
Speaking with UK colleagues, customers, suppliers, and engineers to arrange activities.
Ensuring engineers have full and correct details for pre-planned activities, updating with any changes.
Preparation of agreements, invoices, and off hire documents.
Keeping engineer and customer records up to date and communicating via phone and email.
The role will evolve and so duties may change over time.
To apply for the sales administrator, you must:
Have admin experience, ideally from within hire or similar busy sales environment.
Be PC Literate with good excel skills.
Although not essential, skills with VLOOKUP, formula and pivot tables are highly sought after.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an excellent telephone manner and a first-class approach to customer service.
