Hourly Rate: £12.21 per hour
Contract type: Permanent, full-time.
Working hours: Friday 6:00-13:30, Saturday-Tuesday 6:00-14:00
About the role
We are looking for a skilled & enthusiastic operative based in the Devizes area to carry out important work on the Street Scene contract. You will need to have experience and be confident and qualified to drive up to 3.5 tonne vehicles.
You will be responsible for emptying of litter bins, litter picking, fly tip clearing, sweeping, and clearing leaves and weeds from paved areas across the region to maintain outdoor spaces. Working on your own and as part of a team, you will ensure that all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Experience in street cleansing roles and working outdoors
- Full UK drivers licence
- Must be reliable with a positive attitude
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Willing to learn and undertake all training provided
