YMCA Trinity Group is looking for an enthusiastic and committed Early Years Educator to join our vibrant childcare setting in Lowestoft.
The role
Are you excited about sparking curiosity, inspiring little imaginations, and helping children learn through play? We’re searching for a fun, creative Early Years Educator to join our cheerful, supportive team.
As an Early Years Educator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the room and ensuring a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children.
What You’ll Do:
Supporting the day-to-day running of the room
Providing high-quality learning experiences in line with the EYFS
Working as part of a friendly, experienced, and supportive team
Using your initiative while also taking direction when needed
Bringing creativity, vision, and enthusiasm to your practice

What You’ll Need:
A relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
A minimum of two years post qualifying experience
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
Great IT skills and a collaborative spirit

Days and hours
This role is contracted for 18 hours per week.
We have two shift patterns available:
Position 1: Thursday & Friday — 8:00am to 6:00pm
Position 2: Monday & Tuesday — 8:00am to 6:00pm

Salary and Benefits Salary is £9642.90 per annum
