Why join us? Career development: There is an opportunity to negotiate an additional 1 PA in a complementary specialty or sub-specialise in an area of ICU. Education: Accredited for FICM Stage 1, 2, and 3 training. We are developing CESR-training pathways in collaboration with St Georges Hospital. We aim to expand our echocardiogram and simulation training. The ICU team also provide education to other teams outside ICU and undergraduates from St Georges Hospital Medical School. Innovative environment: We provide a 7-day, 24h critical care outreach service in St Helier Hospital and aim to expand this to Epsom by Summer 2026. Supportive team: We provide an in-reach service to the Medicine department, while also collaborating with Anaesthetics, Surgery, Emergency, and Renal departments, and other regional ICUs.
