Summary
The Branch Manager will drive the success of Ecology’s Porth Community Banc branch by taking full ownership of the branch experience and ensuring a warm, supportive environment for both Ecology and non‑Ecology customers. The role is central to delivering meaningful, positive impact in the local community by leading activity that supports Ecology’s growth, service standards, and mission-led objectives. You will be responsible for raising the profile of the branch, delivering smooth and consistent customer service, and identifying opportunities to enhance value for members and the wider community. As the leader of the branch team, you will support colleagues in achieving their goals while maintaining a visible and trusted presence across local networks, organisations, and community partners. The role also includes ensuring a safe and compliant operating environment, embedding Ecology’s values and behaviours, and representing the pioneer branch in future rollout activity.
