They are currently looking for Family lawyers from NQ+ upwards to join their Family department in their offices across Wiltshire, either full-time or part-time.
Your new role
You'll handle high-value, complex cases including financial remedies involving multi-jurisdictional assets, international relocation, offshore trusts and structures and matters regularly exceeding £10 million in assets. You'll join a growing and ambitious team where your ideas will be welcomed at a firm that is proud to do things differently. They take an innovative approach to business development and believe in empowering their lawyers to shape the future of the firm.
What you'll need to succeed
- Have experience across the full spectrum of family law (divorce, financial remedies, children matters, injunctions, nuptial agreements).
- Be confident handling complex, high-value matters with sensitivity and commercial awareness.
- Enjoy building strong client relationships and have a natural ability to negotiate and manage expectations.
- Be ambitious, collaborative and excited by the prospect of contributing to an expanding, forward-thinking firm.
- Thrive in a flexible working environment and value being part of a team.
- If joining as an NQ, you will have completed a seat in Family during your training and/or have previous paralegal experience.
What you'll get in return
You'll benefit from a competitive salary plus a firm-wide performance bonus and flexible working (2-3 days in the office), with scope to tailor the role around your family life, in addition to ongoing professional development, clear career progression, and full support for training and memberships.
