12 month fixed-term contract

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Director of Development on a fixed term 12 month contract.

In this role, you’ll provide essential day‑to‑day support - managing busy diaries, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing agendas and minutes, and handling enquiries with professionalism and discretion. You’ll be the first point of contact for the directorate, building strong relationships across Coastline and with external partners, and helping ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

You’ll also get involved in wider activities, including supporting events such as scheme open days, assisting with customer communication and complaints handling, maintaining effective systems, and working closely with other PAs to ensure great team coverage. No two days will be the same and your ability to stay calm, organised and positive will make all the difference.

If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment, enjoy supporting senior leaders and take pride in delivering a high‑quality service, we’d love to hear from you.

Please note, if we ask for a cover letter and you do not submit one, your application will be automatically rejected and you will not be shortlisted.
Our values are super important to us at Coastline and we are always looking for people who will:

Put our customers first
Be open, honest and accountable
Value each other
Strive to be the best

This role also requires a satisfactory basic DBS check. Please use the covering letter as an opportunity to show us how you meet the competencies and skills required for this role and anything you think highlights how you are a good fit for Coastline.

Closing Date: 16 February 2026

Please note we may opt to close this vacancy earlier if we have a large response to the advert, so we would encourage you to get any application in as swiftly as possible to avoid disappointment.
