Summary

Site Labourer – Rochdale

Location: Rochdale
Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour
Duration: Circa 6 months+

We are currently recruiting a Site Labourer to work in Rochdale for a well-known and respected company within the construction and property renovation sector.

This role will involve assisting with the renovation of residential properties, supporting trades on site, and ensuring the site is kept clean, safe, and well organised.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting skilled trades during property renovations

  
  

• General site labouring duties

  
  

• Loading/unloading materials

  
  

• Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment

  
  Requirements:

  • Previous site experience (essential)

    
    

  • Full UK driving licence (essential)

    
    

  • Good work ethic and reliability

    
    

  • Ability to work as part of a team
