Summary
We are currently looking to recruit a Health Care Support Worker to join our innovative, enthusiastic and dynamic School Nursing team.
The role is all year round and is office based, sometimes in the community and schools.
Unfortunately, this role does not meet the criteria required to qualify for sponsorship.
• Provide support to the School Nursing service
• Work to support the health and well being of children (aged 5-19)
• Contribute to locality teams performance and data capture
• Support the team using IT and administrative skills
• Clinic support as needed
• Liaise with other agencies/schools, parents and allied professionals
