you demonstrate a positive approach to keeping the whole teams' efforts focused on top priorities, managing the pace and tempo of delivery.
you understand and manage the different phases of product delivery and contribute to, plan or run these.
you facilitate collaboration and lead effective communication to support design, build and delivery to meet the user needs.
you work collaboratively with colleagues within the agile development teams, to solve complex problems with evidence-based concepts.
you clearly explain reasons for change to colleagues, how to implement new changes and support individuals with different needs to enable them to adapt to change
