Summary
Survey Team Administrator
Orpington
Hours: This role is Monday to Friday, with a minimum of 5 hours per day. This role is open to both full time or part-time hours.
Faithorn Farrell Timms is looking for a highly organised Administrator to support our Building Surveying team on a major client project. This is a fixed-term contract for a minimum of 10 months, ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, coordinating people, and keeping operations running smoothly.

The Role
As the Administrator for this project, you will play a key role in ensuring our surveyors have everything they need to complete property inspections efficiently. You’ll be coordinating visits, managing data, and keeping information flowing smoothly between the office and the surveying team.
This is a great role for someone who is detail-focused, proactive, and enjoys a varied workload.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate surveyor visits, ensuring routes and appointments are planned efficiently
Prepare property information packs for surveyors, including addresses and relevant stock data
Update databases and trackers with survey progress, property information, and visit outcomes
Receive, organise, and file reports and photos submitted by surveyors
Carry out desk-based research on properties prior to inspections
Maintain accurate digital records, ensuring information is easy to access
Liaise with surveyors and internal teams to support smooth project delivery
Assist with general office admin tasks as needed
About You
Previous experience in an administration, coordination, or office support role
Property or construction experience is helpful but not essential.
Strong organisational and time‑management skills
Confident using databases, Excel, and digital filing systems
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable handling large amounts of information and following structured processes
Able to work independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proactive and solution‑focused
