Role
Operate and maintain wide‑web flexographic presses using solvent‑based inks to produce high‑quality printed packaging safely and efficiently in line with BRC/ISO standards.
Essential
- Proven flexographic printing experience, ideally wide‑web with solvent‑based inks.
- Manufacturing/packaging print background and good awareness of quality, health, safety and environmental standards.
- Good literacy and numeracy; fluent English.
Desirable
- Print NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent.
- Exposure to Lean / continuous improvement.
- Additional safety training (e.g. first aid, fire safety).
