Shift Pattern: Rotating weekly - 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm
We are recruiting reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join a busy production site in Harlow. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, consistency, and being part of a fast‑paced team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Packing items on a production line
- Labelling and preparing goods for dispatch
- Maintaining hygiene and quality standards
- Keeping the work area clean and safe
- Following all health and safety procedures
- Manual handling and heavy lifting up to 20kg
- Previous production, warehouse or packing experience is helpful but not essential
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
- Comfortable with manual handling and long periods of standing
- Good work ethic and reliability are essential
- Must be eligible to work in the UK

This role operates on a weekly rotating basis:
- Week 1: 6am - 2pm
