We’re looking for a motivated Building ServiceMulti-skilled Engineerto join our team.

The purpose of this role is to support the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of multi-disciplinary building services maintenance on a client site. The post holder will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance activities, minor works, and like-for-like replacements, ensuring all systems operate in line with statutory, legislative, and best-practice requirements while delivering a high standard of service to the client.

What You’ll Do
  • Diagnose faults and repair multi-disciplinary building services assets within technical capability

  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance to required regulatory and best-practice standards

  • Complete like-for-like asset replacements and minor new works as directed

  • Build strong, professional relationships with clients and internal teams

  • Support, mentor, and guide trade apprentices

  • Make informed decisions within agreed parameters, using technical expertise

  • Maintain awareness of cost, efficiency, and sustainability impacts

  • Work in accordance with health and safety procedures and safe systems of work

What We’re Looking For
  • Supervisory experience with approximately 5 years’ experience as a Technician

  • Willing and capable of fulfilling an Authorised Person / Responsible Person role

  • Strong practical engineering skills and knowledge of compliance and engineering standards

  • Experience working independently in a technical maintenance environment

  • Proven experience working to health and safety standards

  • IT literate, with experience using Microsoft Office and Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

  • Ability to self-manage workload and meet deadlines

  • Understanding of Helpdesk procedures and workflows

  • Confident communicator with customers and team members

  • Building Services qualification at NVQ Level 4 or equivalent
