Summary
Seasonal Head Chef – Live In
Location: Isles of Scilly
Season: March to October
Pay: £20 per hour (DOE)
Hours: Approx. 45–50 hours per week
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Seasonal Head Chef to join a well-established kitchen team on the Isles of Scilly. This is an excellent opportunity for a Head Chef looking for a seasonal role in a beautiful location.
The successful candidate will be passionate about fresh, local, seasonal produce and confident managing a small seasonal team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing and leading a small kitchen team
• Cooking to a consistently high standard
• Supporting and motivating kitchen staff
• Maintaining organisation and cleanliness in the kitchen
• Remaining calm under pressure during busy services
• Ensuring all Food Safety and Health & Safety standards are met
The Ideal Candidate:
• Previous experience as a Head Chef or in a similar senior kitchen role
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients
• Reliable, motivated, and professional
