Responsibilities :
Personal Care: Assisting service users with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Household Care: Managing household tasks, including cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and grocery shopping, to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
Medication Assistance: Helping service users with medication reminders and administration as prescribed.
Mobility Support: Aiding service users with mobility, including transfers, walking, and use of mobility aids.
Companionship: Providing emotional support and companionship, engaging in meaningful activities and conversation.
Monitoring and Reporting: Observing and reporting any changes in the service user’s condition or needs to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
