Crynodeb
Visit wards and departments: communicate with healthcare professionals and the patient population, and review clinical records, in order to collect clinical information for the Antimicrobial Stewardship audit programme. Support ad hoc data collection for antimicrobial stewardship teamwork, including infection outbreak response actions and response to information requests from end users Collect clinical data to support delivery of the Trusts national antimicrobial resistance and infection work Assist in the formulation of reports for feedback purposes. Input data locally, nationally and hospital-wide as required Support ward staff by encouraging good antimicrobial stewardship practices and providing informal teaching sessions
