Crynodeb
The Advanced Nurse Practitioner will work within the GP Practice delivering quality care. Provide advanced clinical assessment , diagnosis and management of patients. Manage same day and routine appointments inline with practice polices. Prescribe medications independently and review treatment plans. Request, interpret and act on diagnostic investigations. Refer patients appropriately to secondary care and community services. Work collaboratively with GPs, ANP's Practice nurses and allied health professionals. Ensure care is delivered in line with national guidelines safeguarding requirements and professional standards.
