You’ll support the full lifecycle of planning applications, from receipt to decision. This includes validating submissions, managing consultations and publicity, issuing Decision Notices, maintaining accurate records, and supporting customers, colleagues, and councillors.
You’ll also play an important role in helping us develop and improve our planning software and digital processes as we continue to modernise.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Administration skills and a keen eye for detail
Confidence using digital systems (full training provided)
Clear, friendly communication and a focus on customer service
Ability to stay organised and manage competing tasks

This position is a shared role within the South and East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership (SELCP) and forms part of the S113 agreement between the participating partnership Councils in accordance with the Memorandum of Agreement 1st October 2021.
