We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate female Waking Night Support Worker to join our team supporting a client in Full Sutton.
This requirement is an occupational requirement under the Equality Act (UK) due to the personal nature of the care and the client’s expressed preference.
About the Role
You will provide attentive overnight support, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the client, monitoring needs throughout the night, and completing routine tasks and documentation as required.

Essential Requirements
✔ Female applicant – occupational requirement under Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010
✔ Must be a non‑smoker and must not live in a household with smokers (This is essential due to the client's medical condition and sensitivity to smoke exposure)
✔ PEG medication administration experience
✔ Previous experience in waking nights or complex care
✔ Up‑to‑date mandatory/basic training
✔ Ability to provide two recent work references
✔ Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)

You should be calm, attentive, reliable, able to work independently, and confident supporting a client with clinical care tasks during the night.
