Summary
We are in the process of expanding our team, and recruiting for a new position at our setting. We are looking for caring, experienced and positive practitioners to join our expanding team, supporting children with additional needs. This person will ideally have experience of working in an Early years setting, will have a good understanding of children and experience in working with children with additional needs.
We require staff to have a nurturing, calm, patient, and kind nature; and to be passionate about Early years care and education, and SEND.
Working at our setting is rewarding, fun and interesting; with amazing children and their families and a supportive team.
Our staff work together across our setting and large outdoor areas, in all seasons, encouraging play and development through curiosity and exploration. We embrace nature and a child led approach.
Full training is part of induction and a pathway to higher qualification is available.
