Role Description
We are looking for a Full-time on-site Caravan & Motorhome Service Technician to join our friendly, inclusive team in Worksop. The technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs, conducting troubleshooting and diagnostics, performing field service tasks, and addressing customer concerns regarding caravan and motorhome service. The role requires ensuring that all work is completed to high-quality standards and in adherence to safety guidelines. NCC/AWS LPG Gas and Electrical qualifications would be an advantage, but not essential as we offer a pathway to achieve these.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Maintenance and Repair of caravans and motorhomes
Strong skills in Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical issues
Experience with Service responsibilities, including on-site problem-solving
Ability to provide excellent Customer Service and effective communication with clients
Knowledge of general Maintenance procedures and safety standards
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship
Relevant professional experience in vehicle servicing, automotive or similar roles is desirable
Possession of appropriate certifications or qualifications is an advantage
