Summary
This is a great opportunity to join the highly successful team at West Norfolk Befriending. WNB matches trained Volunteer Befrienders with isolated older people working across West Norfolk.
We are looking for an individual with an understanding of social isolation in older people and of working with Volunteers. The individual will need good communication skills and be able to problem solve with a positive attitude.
The post is based at Thoresby College, King’s Lynn but will include some working from home. The post holder will need access to their own transport as there will be a requirement to travel, for which relevant mileage is paid.
The post is subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
