Summary
Proactive Personnel are currently looking for a Yard Operative to start work in Blackburn.
Candidates MUST have their own transport or live locally.
Duties:
-Load/unload vehicles manually and using forklifts where possible
-Ensure loads are correct product, number and secure for transit
-Ensure that stock leaves warehouse labelled and in clean condition
-Check returning stock for damaged or missing items and complete return notes accurately
-Ensure that stock is stored safely according to guidelines
-Maintain high standards of housekeeping
Requirements:
-Excellent communication skills
-Must be able to lift and move equipment of up to 20Kg
-FLT Licence
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 07:00am- 16:00pm.
