Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join our team at Salford Royal as Chief Technician Aseptic Services - Training & Education.
You must be highly motivated, organisedhave a passion for training and developing others.
You will be involved in process development including the instillation and validation of a new compounder and TPN software, and so must be able to work within the clean rooms on a regular basis.
The successful candidate will be provided with a range of exciting development opportunities as we are highly committed to staff satisfaction and development progression.
You will lead in the development and maintenance of initial and ongoing training programmes and assessment for technical services staff including CPD, mandatory training, re-accreditation and observational duties and ensures that standards appropriate to GMP according to regulated standards are being taught and adhered to.
You will assist the NCA Head of Production’s and Aseptic Services Managers with service provision and development.
Will provide support across the NCA Technical Service Units to align best practices whilst maximising full use of resources available.
Will provide cover for the other Aseptic Services Chief Pharmacy Technicians in their absence, providing operational production management including procurement and clinical trials supervision as required.
