Multi-agency teams to undertake targeted work with children subject to Child Protection planning
Co-location with our Early Help colleagues
Co-location with Police colleagues
Teams supporting social work practice including: Edge of Care teams, Family Group Conference co-ordinators, Lifelong Links, Complex Safeguarding Hub and Missing from Home service.
