Key Responsibilities
As a Teacher of Maths at Moreton School, your main responsibilities will include:
• Fostering a love for Mathematics in our students
• Delivering engaging lessons, and preparing our young learners for a future beyond our corridors.
• Offer a range of unique opportunities for our students outside of the curriculum offer
• Mastery teaching
Qualifications and Experience:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for Maths
• Experience in delivering engaging and effective lessons
• Ability to contribute to the development of the Maths curriculum
• Have a commitment to continuous improvement in teaching and learning
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A commitment to promoting the school's ethos and values
Desirable Qualities:
• Experience in teaching GCSE RE
• Ability to offer unique opportunities for students outside the curriculum
• Willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school
