The Governors seek to appoint a Business Manager to lead the school’s support staff and be a key member of the Academy’s Leadership Team. The role provides strategic leadership of all non-teaching functions, ensuring strong financial management, effective business operations and the efficient deployment of resources to support high-quality teaching and learning.
The postholder promotes the highest standards of business ethos across the school, drives operational excellence, and ensures compliance with statutory, financial and regulatory requirements.
