Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

As a receptionist, you'll play a key role in positively influencing the lives of our students and their families. In collaboration with the Office Manager, you'll help create a warm and welcoming environment for students, families, staff, and visitors. You’ll provide a comprehensive reception service including answering phones, making calls, emails and managing general enquiries efficiently, contributing to the smooth and effective functioning of the school.

You’ll provide high quality administrative support, including maintaining records, organising meetings, supporting with interview days and handling confidential information.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a calm and patient approach.
• Experience in an administrative or receptionist role (experience in a school setting is an advantage but not essential).
• Confidence using IT systems, including Microsoft Office (experience with school-specific software such as Arbor is a plus).
• A friendly and professional manner, with the ability to work in a team and use initiative.
