Summary
Operations Manager - Learning Disabilities needed!
Salary: Up to £60,000.00
An established care provider is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and drive quality improvement across a portfolio of services supporting Learning Disabilities.
The Role:
You will play a key strategic role, working closely with senior leaders and service management teams to ensure high standards of care, regulatory compliance, and continuous service improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading service improvement initiatives
- Developing and implementing CQC and compliance strategies
- Working collaboratively with service managers on improvement and action plans
- Contributing to business and quality strategy alongside senior leadership
- Supporting and delivering training, including medication related training where appropriate
- Providing quality oversight across various services
