The role
You will be responsible for managing customer enquiries from first contact through to sale, ensuring customers receive a clear, honest, and professional buying experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Handling enquiries in person, online, and by phone
• Understanding customer needs through effective questioning and listening
• Presenting vehicles and accompanying customers on test drives
• Managing discussions around finance and part exchange
• Following up enquiries in a timely and organised manner
• Ensuring each interaction leads to a clear outcome, whether that is a sale or a decision not to proceed
We do not operate a high-pressure sales environment, but we do expect sales conversations to be purposeful and well-led.
