Location: Covent Garden, London
Salary: £25,000 – £33,000 depending on experience
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week, 08:30 – 20:30 Monday – Friday and 09:30 – 15:00 Saturday – Sunday on a rota system
35 days annual leave plus bank holidays, in addition to many other excellent benefits on offer

Have a vendor recognised accreditation (MCDST, MCP, MCSA) or a computing degree.
Be well organised and self-motivated, with a desire to develop IT skills and suggest solutions and improvements.
Have strong prioritisation and time-management skills.
Have familiarity with the following:
Networking principles (TCP/IP)
Microsoft Active Directory (Users & Computers) on-prem and Azure AD
Microsoft Windows
Microsoft Office on-prem and M365
Windows event logs
Helpdesk software
