Summary
Carer Support and Engagement Identify and welcome carers on or shortly after admission and offer clear information about the ward and how to stay involved. Provide time-limited 1:1 peer support using lived experience to listen, validate and promote resilience. Help carers prepare for reviews and MDTs by supporting questions, strengths and early warning signs. Facilitate or support carers groups and wellbeing sessions
