Summary
Accurately dispense medicines and medical appliances in line with prescriptions and legal requirements. Provide advice and information to patients regarding the safe use of their medicines. Maintain accurate records of medicines supplied, controlled drugs, and stock levels. Operate and manage the practices dosette box system for patients needing extra support. Support the practice team by answering telephone queries and assisting with administrative tasks related to dispensing. Maintain confidentiality, ensuring compliance with NHS policies and professional standards. Participate in training and development activities to maintain skills and knowledge.
