Summary
*PERM POSITION - SITE MANAGER*
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a growing contractor delivering projects ranging from £750k to £10 million across new build, fit-out, refurbishment and design & build sectors.
This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of projects including commercial, education, care and specialist schemes, taking full responsibility for site delivery from start to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day site operations and subcontractors
- Driving programme, quality and health & safety standards
- Coordinating trades and ensuring smooth project delivery
- Reporting progress to the project and commercial teams
- Ensuring works are delivered on time and within budget
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager across varied project types
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- SMSTS and valid CSCS card
