Summary

Empress Social Care, a leading provider of high-quality care services, is currently recruiting for the position of part time Administrator. Based in Hertfordshire, our mission is to be the most reliable, efficient and effective service provider delivering excellent high quality support focused on achieving positive outcomes.

As the Administrator, you will be involved in every area of the business, supporting colleagues and improving the efficiency of our internal processes. You will be an organised and detail focused individual with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. This newly created role will be pivotal to the smooth running of our company to ensure we continue to deliver exceptional support to individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, behaviours that may be challenging, Autism, complex needs, mental health conditions, sensory Impairment or a combination of any of these support needs.

We are an independent and unique provider with a flexible and responsive model that works closely with individuals, their family, friends and other professionals. We work with both private and public sector clients including Local Authorities, NHS, Mental Health Services, Private Clients, Direct Payments Service Users and Individual Set Budget users.
