About the role

You'll support four women aged mid-20s to early 40s with learning disabilities and autism. They enjoy concerts, days out, weekends away, coach trips, caravan holidays, walking, bowling, shopping, cooking and spending time with their house cat. Family involvement is strong, and every day brings something new. Support includes prompting with personal care, full personal care for one lady, meal prep, healthy routines, medication, outings and holidays. Shifts include:

- Day: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM / 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

- Long Day: 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM

- Sleep-In: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Paid to sleep)

About you

You're caring, reliable and creative, with confidence to support busy days, quiet moments and community activities. You communicate well, enjoy being active, and can work as part of a team or independently. A driving licence and car are essential.
