About the roleYou'll support three adults (one man and two women, aged 30s-60s) with autism, Down syndrome and learning disabilities. Each person has their own personality and routines: one lady enjoys independence and calm space, another loves shopping and being out and about, and the gentleman enjoys Doctor Who and consistent routines. Your support includes personal care, meal prep, medication, community activities and occasional wheelchair assistance. Shifts include:
- Day Shifts: 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM / 2:30 PM - 10:00 PM / 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM
- Sleep-In Shifts: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
About youYou're patient, empathetic and detail-focused, with the ability to maintain structure and routine. You communicate well, enjoy teamwork, and bring humour and reliability to your role. A female Support Worker is required due to personal care needs. An automatic driving licence is essential.
