£12.35 Per Hour + £50 Per Sleep-in

About the roleYou'll support four adults (two men and two women in their 30s) with cerebral palsy, Down's syndrome, autism and learning disabilities across three homes located within a two-minute walk. Support includes 1:1 work, personal care for one lady, mobility support for one electric wheelchair user, medication for three people, and monitoring dysphagia for one person.
Shifts include 8am-4pm, 4pm-10pm, 8am-10pm long days and sleep-ins (10pm-8am).
You bring patience, humour and flexibility, and feel confident supporting different needs across multiple settings. Experience is desirable but not essential. A manual driving licence is required.
