Location: Alvechurch
Pay Rate: £15.50 – £17.00 per hour (DOE)
Hours: Day shift, Monday to Friday
Type: Permanent position

The Role

We are currently working with a well-established manufacturing company based in Alvechurch who are looking to recruit an experienced TIG Welder on a permanent basis. This role will involve primarily TIG welding aluminium, producing high-quality work for a range of fabricated components.

Key Responsibilities

• TIG welding mainly aluminium to a high standard

  
  

• Working from detailed engineering drawings

  
  

• Producing clean, accurate welds with strong attention to finish

  
  

• Carrying out basic quality checks on completed work

  
  

• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment

  
  Requirements

  • Proven experience in TIG welding aluminium

    
    

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

    
    

  • High attention to detail and quality-focused mindset

    
    

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

    
    

  • Previous fabrication experience is beneficial but not essential
