We are seeking an organised and proactive Cleaning Scheduler to join our Operations Centre. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth delivery of cleaning services across multiple locations.

You will be responsible for planning and coordinating cleaning tasks, using both manual scheduling techniques and our CAFM system, to ensure operatives are deployed efficiently and service levels are consistently met.

Job Description

This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple priorities, respond quickly to emergencies, and maintain clear communication with both operatives and management.

You will also oversee performance monitoring, manage supplies, and ensure compliance with agreed standards, making this a key role in maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and schedule daily cleaning tasks, ensuring alignment with priorities and SLAs.

Raise and monitor purchase orders for materials and supplies to prevent shortages.

Track cleaning performance and monitor time and attendance, addressing issues promptly.

Respond swiftly to emergency callouts and staffing shortages, reallocating resources as needed.

Coordinate site access for operatives during out-of-hours schedules.

Maintain clear communication on schedules and changes, and monitor performance reports.

Ensure adequate stock levels of cleaning materials and equipment.

Uphold service quality and compliance with SLAs, resolving operational issues quickly.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Experience in scheduling or coordination roles, preferably in a cleaning or facilities management environment.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise tasks effectively.

Familiarity with CAFM systems and manual scheduling techniques (advantageous).

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to changing demands and emergencies.

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.
